It almost looks solid when you look down at the clouds, like a landscape on another planet or something. Don't try to gain a footing here, though.

The next couple of shots were taken eight seconds apart. The only difference was that I reset the polarizing filter on my lens between the two shots. I love how the river looks almost like molten gold in the second shot.

This was the view over the wing as we started to descend into Jacksonville. I love the way the sky looks here.
